After spending several years on full-time physical rehab, I knew I would require a streamlined setup for my exercise routine when I went back to school. It had to be built for time-efficiency if I was going to squeeze my exercises in (let’s face it, self-care is always the first thing to go when we get busy).

These cage panels are actually construction fencing, but the plastic coated steel mesh is perfect for leaving several setups ready-to-go at any point.
